Collections at Harmony
At Harmony we collect items throughout the year for Operation Christmas Child and we have a packing party in November to pack and prepare shoeboxes for shipping. Our list of dates and collection items are below:
May: Toothbrushes, Washclothes, Combs and Brushes
June: Small Bags, Building Blocks/Legos, Slinkys, Yo-Yos, Toy Cars, Plastic Animals, Magnets, Interactive Toys, Other Small Toys and Figures (some are restricted, please review the restricted items list found here)
July: Reusable Water Bottles
August: Pencils, Sharpeners, Erasers, Pencil Containers, Pens, Crayons, Colored Pencils, Markers, Small Adhesive Tape, Notebooks, Scissors, Calculators, Gluesticks, Index Cards, Rulers, Drawstring Bags
September: Flip-Flops/Shoes, Sunglasses, Hats, Wristwatches, Clothing and Undergarments, Winter Caps, Scarves, Mittens
October: Stuffed Animals, Puzzles, Coloring Books (or Pads), Musical Instruments, Jump Rope, Stickers, Games, Hobby Kits, Soccer Balls w/Pump
